Terms of Service
What happens on the day, what it costs, and who is responsible for what.
Scope
These terms cover residential appliance repair carried out by Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts in Poway: working out what has failed, fixing it, and servicing the equipment afterwards.
Booking a visit
Visits are booked by phone on (858) 630-4145 or through the online booking link. Same-day slots are available most days; which day you get depends on the schedule and on whether the part is already on the van.
How the fault is found
The order is fixed: diagnose, quote, agree, repair. An intermittent fault that refuses to appear in a Poway kitchen on the day is reported honestly rather than guessed at.
Parts policy
OEM parts as a rule — or an authorized supplier when the factory part is unavailable — with one exception: if you specifically ask for an aftermarket or refurbished component and we agree it is sensible, that is what goes in.
Pricing
A Poway repair is priced once, in advance of the work, with parts and labor in the same figure. Nothing is charged until the job is done.
What we need on site
Please clear the space in front of the appliance before the visit, and know where the water shut-off is if the fault involves ice or a leak. The visit also needs an adult over 18 there from start to finish.
What our warranty covers
Our warranty is specific rather than sweeping — the same part failing the same way is covered, in labor and in parts. It does not widen into cover for the whole appliance, for an unrelated fault next year, for misuse or surges, or for another company's subsequent work. If the appliance is still inside the manufacturer's own warranty, call the manufacturer first — sealed-system cover on this equipment usually depends on who does the work.
What we are and are not responsible for
Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts is licensed and insured, and the license details are provided on request before work begins. What Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts does not accept liability for is a pre-existing condition, a manufacturer defect, spoiled food, or an issue with nothing to do with the repair performed.
Cancelling a visit
Move or cancel an appointment by phone at any time before the technician has been dispatched, at no charge.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
