Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts is a repair business, not a data business. This page says exactly what a Poway booking records and what happens to it.
What we collect
The list is short because a Poway service call is a short transaction — a name, a phone number, the address the technician is driving to, and the make and model of the appliance. Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts asks for nothing beyond that.
What we do with it
- Scheduling the visit and carrying out the refrigerator cooling system diagnostics & repair work
- Reaching you about the appointment, a part on order, or a follow-up
- Meeting the record-keeping a California trade business is required to do
How long the record lasts
Records are kept for the life of the warranty and for as long as tax and insurance obligations run, then deleted. What Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts does not do is accumulate them into a marketing profile or feed them to an advertising network.
What the site itself collects
These pages are static files. No contact form, no account, no login, no comments — there is nothing here that can collect anything on its own. Our host keeps the ordinary server log every web server keeps: requesting address, page, time, for security and diagnostics.
Asking us about your record
If you live in California you may ask Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale of personal information. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell personal information.
If we text you
If you leave a mobile number, expect at most a handful of messages and all of them about your own repair — confirmation, arrival, a follow-up on a part. There is no list, no newsletter and no offers attached to it. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.
What we never do with it
Nothing you give us is sold, traded or rented to anybody. Inside the company it reaches the person who takes the booking and the technician who does the work, and stops there. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone.
Children
This is a site about repairing appliances in Poway. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes
When Poway Sub-Zero Repair Experts updates this policy the updated text replaces what is here. There is no earlier version still operating somewhere.
