Try this before you call and you will already know more than most people who ring us. Close a sheet of paper in the door and pull it out. Do it at six or eight points around the frame, and start at the top of the hinge side, because that is where a heavy door drops first. If it slides out with no resistance anywhere along the top edge, the seal is not sealing there, whatever the rest of the door is doing. On a garage or shop unit, run the same test after dark rather than in the afternoon. A gasket that has stiffened will often still make contact when it is warm and stop making it once the material has cooled and gone rigid, which is one reason these faults are so often reported as intermittent.
